Within the planning and preparation of the (especially building and construction) projects different variants of solutions are assessed and all accesible information are gathered in order to achieve the best result. With the complex assessment of the area from the point of view of the existence of cultural values (archaeological sites, cultural monuments or historic areas) within these first steps it is possible to avoid the complications in the phase of realisation of the project.
